By far, our most popular option for a fun morning or afternoon ride! To start, we meet at the Ranch and you get to meet the horses & mules. Here we will complete the paperwork and go over the basics of the ride & animals. You will than follow us to King Mountain Trailhead, just a short 3 min drive, where we will go for a 2 hour ride. As we transit through the beautiful landscapes & take in the magnificent view, there will be ample opportunities for photos of the group, nature, and scenery. It is typical to see an abundance of wildlife such as Deer, Elk and many other small animals.

These rides are more customized depending on the rider's background, riding ability, and desired riding location. Since these are customized, the Full Day Rides range from $300 to $400 per person. A sack lunch & water are included.

Our Saddles & Paddles option is double fun-filled day that is very simple & convenient! In the morning, you & your family get to go on a 2 hour horseback ride through King Mountain. Then you have the opportunity to swap your cowboy boots for swimming gear and go with one of the many rafting operators working out of the State Bridge Landing on the Colorado River. Where else can you experience all that Colorado has to offer than from the back of a horse to riding the rapids!

Our overnight & weekend camping rides are very customized and also are dependent on the rider's background, riding ability, and desired riding location. These can take place in the Flattops Wilderness Area, King Mountain, or other locations. They can include pack in of your gear, food, tent, camp, and other opportunities.
